Hand Wash After Each Use

Hand wash only with warm water and mild dish soapĀ immediatelyĀ after use.

Avoid soaking andĀ neverĀ place in the dishwasher - excess moisture can cause warping.Ā 

Dry with a clean towel andĀ stand uprightĀ to ensure complete drying.

Condition Regularly and Nourish Often

Apply board waxĀ or a food-grade mineral oil to keep the wood hydrated.

Use a soft cloth to coat the entire surface, including the edges.

Let it absorb for a few hours or overnight, then wipe off any excess.
